How cards are packed
Every card goes in a penny sleeve and top loader (or a graded slab sleeve), sealed in a team bag and sent in a protective mailer.

Returns
If a card arrives damaged or isn’t as described, email contact@rookiechasers.com within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right with a refund or return. Graded cards can be returned only if the slab arrives damaged. Because card values change quickly, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
