RookieChasers (“we”, “us”) is a property of Hadley Media, based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, in line with Canada’s PIPEDA.
What we collect
- Orders: when you buy from our shop we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email and phone number to fulfil the order. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Contact: if you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.
- Card scanner: photos you upload are sent securely to our card-identification providers (CardSight AI and/or Google Gemini) only to identify the card. We don’t store the photos on our site. We keep a count of scans per IP address for one day to prevent abuse.
- Technical data: like most websites, our server logs basic information such as IP address and browser type for security.
Cookies
We use cookies needed for the shopping cart and checkout. Affiliate partners (eBay, Fanatics) may set cookies when you click their links, to credit the referral.
Sharing
We share information only with the services needed to run the site (payment processing, shipping carriers, hosting, card identification). We don’t sell your personal information.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing contact@rookiechasers.com.
